Sarah Lazarovic ⊹ Sarah is a veteran creative strategist with 20+ years of communications and marketing experience. She began her career as journalist and illustrator, eventually segueing to agency work as creative director of a leading brand and communications agency, before transitioning to work on climate full time in marketing roles at pivotal nonprofits. She infused behavioural science into all her work, because it's the only rational thing to do.
Ellen Qualls ⊹ With 30 years of experience communicating public policy ideas — with NGOs, in the White House, in the clean energy sector, on Capitol Hill, in state government, and as a journalist — Ellen can tell a simple story. And with almost a decade working on the super niche challenge of household decarbonization, she understands the hurdles and highlights for families, communities, and business leaders.
Katie Ingebretson ⊹ As an experienced campaign leader who understands how data insights can drive civic action, partnerships, and program design, Katie has been working on household decarbonization issues since 2016. Through her work with household decarbonization organizations, she realized that the movement lacked necessary targeting capabilities. Recognizing this need as fundamental to the U.S. climate goals, she sees coordinated data, analogous to that used on political campaigns, as imperative.
